MyMe is operated by Anatole Vasco Limited, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (company number: 17160433), trading as MyMe. Registered office: 55 Brompton Park Crescent, London, England, SW6 1SW.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyMe. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at cardellavince@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

MyMe offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and make reasonable attempts to collect payment. If payment is not received within 7 days of the failed payment, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free tier. You will not lose your stored content — your folders and blocks will remain accessible on the free tier.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price increase by email. Continued use of the paid tier after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your subscription from the date of purchase. If you choose to start using MyMe immediately, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be affected once the service has been fully performed. You agree to use MyMe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use MyMe to store, share, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or any other user's account
• Use MyMe to harass, intimidate, or harm any individual
• Use MyMe for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of MyMe
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from MyMe
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of MyMe

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you create and store within MyMe, including notes, folder contents, and conversation history. By using MyMe, you grant Anatole Vasco Limited a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the MyMe service to you. We will never use your content for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models.

You are solely responsible for the content you store in MyMe. You must not store content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others or that you do not have the right to store.

MyMe uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. MyMe is not a substitute for professional advice.

Nothing in MyMe constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other professional advice. You should always seek qualified professional advice before making important decisions. We accept no liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses within MyMe.

All intellectual property in the MyMe platform, including its design, features, prompts, topic folders, command library, and underlying software, belongs to Anatole Vasco Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

The MyMe name and logo are registered trademarks of Anatole Vasco Limited. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms in a serious or repeated manner, if we are required to do so by law, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe your use of MyMe is causing harm to others.

For minor or technical breaches we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before taking action.

If we discontinue the service entirely we will give you at least 30 days notice by email.

You may close your account at any time from within the MyMe application. Upon closure your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anatole Vasco Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MyMe, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MyMe shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using MyMe, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of MyMe after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MyMe shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
